Refund Process
- Speak to the Theatre Staff: If you face any issue with your order while at the movie theatre, please immediately inform the theatre staff. They are trained to assist and resolve your concern on the spot.
- Raise a Ticket (If Issue Persists): In case your issue is not resolved at the venue, you can raise a support ticket through the Alfennzo app or on our website. Our team will review and address your concern promptly.
- Review & Approval: Once your request is submitted, our team will evaluate the issue. If eligible, we will initiate the refund process without delay.
- Refund Completion: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Modes of Refund
- Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallets): Refunded directly to the source account.
Refund Timeframe
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 working days.
